i've sorted my lightbox problem now .. just gotta make the site work in IE6 now .. does anyone know to do it!!! I've also gotta sort out the content some more so you don't get the black space at the bottom and i will sort the padding and margins out on the purple background xxx

Hi again all i've done some more changes to my site but am having problems with my lightbox gallery in the portfolio section, the PREV/NEXT buttons aren't showing up .. does anyone have any idea why many thanks xxx

Hi ElenMan I've changed the css for my container div now and its looking much better. I also did what you said and put the buttons on the main page in to divs and there displaying correctly now, thank you very much for your good advice, you've been a great help. I have got another problem with it as the site's not displaying correctly on my laptop, it seems to move the content div to under the side bar not next to it like it should be .. maybe because the screen resolotion on my laptop can't got up as high as it is on my PC (1280 by 1204 pixels) .. its very strange but its ok on every other computer i use, just not on my laptop!! anyway if you know why this is happening could you please let me know as its beginning to drive me crazy!! Hi all thanks for the comments about my site, i've changed it alot over the last couple of days, I still need to fix the background in position as it moves around when you make the window different sizes and i need the flowers to stay in one place, not sure how i'm ment to do this so any advice would be great Theres also a problem when the site is viewed in firefox as the buttons on the main page are ment to be allined in the centre not on the left, this shows up correctly in IE7 so gotta work out how to fix it!! www.pixandmix.org.uk any other comments you've got about it would be great many thanks pixie xxx

Hiya Thanks for the advice, i've taken the music off my site now and have toned the text down and it looks a lot better. I do have links to all the pages in my footer but i'll sort out putting more buttons in so its not as hard for people to find, may be i'll change the pictures down the side to buttons the same as my logo or something and link these to the pages, i'll have a go over the next few days. Can't belive i had a spelling mistake in my header .. how embarising .. that was a stupid mistake .. well done for spotting it as quite a few people have seen it and not noticed. Hi Everyone I’ve been a graphic designer for the last 12 years and have just started my own family business offering web design, graphics and consultancy. I have been learning web design for the last year and have nearly completed my website. I was hoping as many people as possible would be able to have a look at it and give me your oppinions about it, i don’t mind if its good or bad, any advice will help!! I have also noticed a problem with it when i look at it in the firefox browser, I’ve got a couple of flash animated buttons (back button & back to portfolio button) that don’t work the animations are inserted in to dreamweaver and behaviours are added to go to URL when clicked These buttons work fine when viewed in Internet Explorer 7 but nothing happens when you click on them in Firefox, does anyone know how to fix this problem.
