I think I'll give up and start again. Only thing is, now I don't know how to remove the live christmas link from my website, as that is NOT what I have in my sitebuilder. Will be moving hosts too, that's for sure.

Hmmm, well something is definitely wrong. The link is at the end of the page, not where I put it and in fact, I didn't publish because I didn't want an empty page up. I've just been into my site builder and when I click on the wysiwyg Editor, there is only latin there, none of my images which are actually showing on that live link which means that I can't edit it and add new projects. So, it looks like somehow, I HAVE to link that page from within my editor somehow. I am more confused than ever. This is what help JustHost gave me: Hello Thank you for contacting support! The page is still there, http://craftdownloads.co.uk/Christmas.php You will need to edit the navigation bar and add it back. Then this: Thank you for contacting support! I am sorry for the problem you have experienced. I am not seeing the navigation created to Christmas page. There should be a link on menubar point to Christmas.php. I then edit source code of index.php to add Christmas link on the end. Please take a look. You might want to add same navigation to other pages. Please contact us with further questions you might have. And that is as much help as they'll give me, so I don't know how to do what they're telling me.

Hmmm, well I've just clicked on my site link and Christmas is showing on the home page..although goodness knows how. It's not on any of the other pages though, so I have to link to them and I don't know how. Obviously I did it when I built the site, but can't figure it out how.

Thanks Simply Pixie, but JustHost doesn't work like that, or at least, I don't think it does. The Cpanel and RV sitebuilder that I use is fairly basic and simple, except for this. Here is link to my site: http://www.craftdownloads.co.uk/index.php I see there is index.php there, but no idea how it got there. On my nav bar should be a link 'Christmas'. Now, I know how to add the link to the navbar, but when I put a new one up all that is on the page is latin placeholders. Somehow, I need to link my new page to the old one that still exists here: http://craftdownloads.co.uk/Christmas.php but I don't know how to do it.

Hi there, I'm new to this website stuff and I hate making an intro and asking for help at the same time, but I've searched everywhere and can't solve my problem, so I'm hoping some kind person here will help me. I have a web site with JustHost where I sell digital downloads. Recently one of my pages disappeared and unfortunately, it was the Christmas page which is busy now. JustHost tell me the page is still there and gave me an addy of Christmas.php but that's as much as they'll tell me. I know how to add a page to my site, but I really don't want to start uploading hundreds of files again and they told me to add the Christmas link to my navbar and edit source code to direct it to the php bit. I have absolutely no idea how to do this and they won't help me. They tell me now that they'll only help with server problems and the rest is down to me. So, are any of you using JustHosts Cpanel and can tell me how to get my page back up please?
