  1. Yeah, Drupal solutions are absolutely ok for eCommerce. But I'd say Magento is still better.
  2. I cannot understand, you're talking about some service provider or a particular content management system?
  3. I'd advice you to go for professional help and establish a well-working solution. Just hire a freelancer developer and consultant, that'll help you to get good solutions and knowledge needed to handle with them successfully.
  4. Drupal is absolutely okay for eCommerce. It has enough functions and simplicity to be widely used, and it has fewer drawbacks than Zen Cart, for example.
  5. And still, it is Magento that I'd recommend. I really like this CMS in terms of eCommerce, it's really functional.
  6. Just develop the whole stuff locally. No other way.
