Nope, the mysql table goes like so: id user pass and that message appears according to the login I use... And I don't know what to do about it... I have never had this problem with logins before. First time ever that this has happened.

I was recently making a website, and I got to the part of building the autentication and well I ran into a problem that I can't figure out. Unknown column 'admin' in 'where clause' Thats what happens when I press the login. You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND pass=NULL' at line 1 With nothing filled in and the sample code for a test one that is giving me the same errors. Hi sunwukung, thanks for the advice, I already created the folder but where do I put that line of code in the files? *Edit: Nevermind guys, it's working already. I had to contact my host provider and let them know that I was having a problem with the sessions and they made me a folder for sessions.

Hey guys, I recently purchased my first domain and host with www.fatcow.com, hmm and I made myself a small blog for a final year project that I am working on. The thing is, that I want to be able to make posts in it obviously, but I made the the pages restricted to acess in dreamweaver, making me having to login if I input the url in the address box. Which is great, but even if I do login, it keeps showing me that page, and I don't understand why. I will gladly supply my php code in a .rar format where you can download from the server.
