Hello, ok i have been asked by a client to create a form that will be sent to his email when submitted. the bit i am struggling on is that he wants people to be able to add fields. for example Make: Model: year: Add another (when pressed will add make model year below to add another car) so if they have five different cars it will add new fields each time it is pressed.
