Just to give about more info, if i am buying templates and making text ammendments and minor amendments to the template is there a free piece of software that you recommend? I mean, i don't know coding. I do mainly use wordpress and even kompozer however, i am having trouble uploading the css file to the site. If there is a more flexible platform to do this, ill take the dip and invest in it.

Hi guys, Just a bit of advice. First off, I dont have any experience in web design. I am accustomed to using wordpress to create simple websites. However, I am looking at buying html themes from themeforest to create websites. Once a template is purchased, how difficult is it to create a completed website? What would i need software such as Dreamweaver? And, what skills are required? I know Its a big question, but I dont want to go out and just buy dreamweaver if there are other things i need to do. Dal
