    You can really go one of two ways Either have two sites - personally I'd switch the original site back to hosting as you will have already of the existing customers and SEO value and launch a new web design site. Or merge the two - focusing on hosting but launch a new service 'Web Design' and offer this to your existing base until you have a big enough portfolio to compete against the other thousands of web design agencies on the web. Hope this helps
