Can anyone help with this? I've searched the forum for previous topics regarding this issue and all of them are unanswered so I'm really stuck for how to go about using code to hide/show an imagemap at this stage.

Hi all, I've done a few sites but still am largely a self taught newb so I was hoping someone could help me with something. I have a site where I wish to, when one hover over an image it changes to a list which in turn has mouseover effects so that people know which they're about to click on. Currently I have an imagemap designed where I have the last bit all done through images but I don't know how to get to get the imagemap to hide behind an image until it's moused over. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction to figuring it out or is there an easier different way of doing what I want to do? Thank for your help!
