Thank you Glowbridge, I just looked up floated elements and it seems a bit complex for an amateur do you know of any simpler way perhaps ? I have found extensions in Joomla that offer image galleries, thumbnails etc and I wondered if I could use something like that ? trouble is when you click on the link it just enlarges the image. I need it to link to another website. Spent all day trying to find a solution. Thanks again Russ

Just wondering if anyone knows how to create the style used in http://www1.groupon.co.uk/groupon-deals/groupon.php?t0=en_GB&t1=0&t2=463&subscribed=true&ndoi=&__fsk=1430230711 I wish to display lists of companies in the same format .... 3 boxes across and however many down. Ideally with a "find out more button" in each box. The closest thing I have come to finding how to put things in boxes and display them like that is using tables which I understand is not a good thing. I am using Joomla at the moment. Anyone know how they achieved this ? is there a component or plugin etc to help me with this ? Any tips would be much appreciated Thank you Russ
