  1. Hi Brightonmike, Thanks for the reply. However, I know how to do the embedding. The thing I would like to do is this: If you click on the embedded video, I would like it to open/play in a designated area at the top of my site, instead of in the area where the videos are listed. Something like this : http://www.papamama.tv/ (I looked at the source code and the css this site contains, but it's still a bit out of my league ).
  2. Hi all, Thanks for reading this. Maybe this question has already been asked and if so please direct me to the proper thread, but I'm looking for a way (script if you like) to place some youtube movies on my site (preferably embedded, or a thumbnail, I know how to do that), but then if you click on them I want them to open in a section on the top of my page (a specific player area if you like). In short I don't want a redirect to youtube, I want people to stay on my site. Is this at all possible? And if so how do I do that? Maybe there's a simple way but I'm a newbie to this so I could use some help here. Thanks in advance . A-J

  4. Thanks, I will go and try this
  5. Hi all, I just joined this forum because I encountered a situation that is really starting to buzz me. I consider myself an intermediate webdesigner and have the following with which I would like some help. A friend of mine build a multilayered psd weblayout that has a total width of 1600px. The centre is approx. 900px and is the actual content part. Now I know how the slicing and exporting is done from photoshop to dreamweaver, but I don't want my page to be 1600px wide. I tried several things, like croping the psd (but then I have to use part of the layout as a background image, and since it is a gradient top with a pvc look, it doesn't blend well). There must be something I missed (probably something simple ). What is the best way to make this work? I added a jpg of the layout for reference. p.s. I would like the white part of the layout to have a variable height. Thanks in advance, Ee-Djee
