  1. For me I tend to work between the two of them, FF mostly being my main browser tho. FF4 is very customizable and very easy to use, plus there are more and better add ons then Chrome. I've tried to use Chrome exclusively before but even a simple screenshot add on never worked right and I hate having to use an app for everything. Chrome, much like most Google products is fast but its very non user friendly. I agree, for a designer to use FF right out of the box is a stretch, you really do need to spend the time and customize it the way you want, get the add ons you need. But I don't think its dying. I still know plenty of people who use it. Its funny, most of the designers I know use FF and most of the developers I know use Chrome. BTW, you have some pretty hip parents. Mine still use AOL!
  2. Oh ya, it supposed to have the 'Read ★ More' next to them like on the homepage. Um, I'll to check into is and see why there is no link there. I think I've got a bug in that. Thanks for finding it!!!

  4. Right after I do any WordPress install, I usually install a core set of plugins before I start building and designing, then I have my set of tools that I can work with. My core set of 7 includes; the Dagon Design sitemap generator, WP super cache manager, Register plus, and more (for the full list and descriptions go to ...url deleted. Please create a blog for this sort of content (Mod)) What are your favorite plugins? I am always looking for new plugins to use.

  6. Hello WDF. I just signed up so here's a quick intro. My name is Patrick and I have been doing web design and front end development for about 3 years now. Web design is really my career re-birth of sorts, in a previous life I used to repair copiers but then I discovered web design, fell in love and I have been hooked ever since. I just launched a new web design magazine http://www.blurbherd.com where I write about a number of topics, I'd love to see you drop by and contribute from time to time.
