  1. Thanks Rob, I guess I'll just have to try my best to keep things small, doing it in the proper way.
  2. but not when your planning to do something like this: http://www.cgsociety.org/
  3. I was just wondering because I was just in the progress of creating a forum style homepage, where you have to use pretty much a lot of images. and I am pretty sure that I won't be able to keep the web file size as you guys have, but wanted to keep the file size as small as possible.
  4. What will you do in cases where you had to put images on your web page. How big of a file size do you guys prefer? just wondering because to small of a file size will ruin the image quality, unless their is a way of compressing the image file size really low and still keeping the quality.
  5. I don't know what this is all about yet, but Tobi, just click on the image and it will ask you for installation.
  6. It's good to know all about this.
  7. Thanks a lot, I love your way of documentation.
  8. So is Html and CSS the core for scripting in web design? and others like flash & Javascript are just things that will make your web looking good / user friendly?
  9. I had the same question in mind too. What I think as a graphic designer, and one who is trying to put my hands on web design, at the least it is better to have the basic knowledge of graphic design. And by having some nice graphics on your web page, it does make things look better. But as a person with the same question in mind I'd ask, what will be the most important thing to have, so you can build a nice secure web page. I mean like at least "this 1 this 2 this 3" things(knowledge) .
