hi, I'm getting back into the web design game and could use help with css, browser compatibility issues and putting my ideas together. any flash or photoshop gurus or layout gurus, i could really use your help. web design has always been a passion of mine and would really like to follow my true interests. one of the things i'm currently trying to figure out is how to do the following: (insert http)psd.tutsplus.com/tutorials/interface-tutorials/how-to-create-a-stunning-vista-inspired-menu/ and use css to create the image rollover for this navigation bar. (using sprites) (javascript not preferred)
