Hi all I am new around here, so first off I would like to say hi, I am a learner in Web Designing and I am currently trying to create my own personal site, for things like Bio of me, my interests but more importantly my portfolio of all of the 3D Models I have created with 3ds Max/Maya etc etc, has I really want to work has an 3D Artist for Video Games. So what are the general steps to take when creating a site, do you create the basic layout of it in Flash and/or Photoshop first?, then add the buttons, logos, fonts etc on top of it while saving them has jpegs/flash files on there own so when you go and create the site in Dreamweaver or any other Website Creating program you already have the buttons, logo already sliced up and read to be drop into the tables. cells for the site?. I have been using Dreamweaver CS3 to create test sites but I can never get things right, like saving a template etc etc has I am not really sure on how I should go about creating it.
