Hello Everyone! My husband and I recently started an ecommerce site and I'm actually looking for advice on a bit of a sticky situation...Our site was developed by two friends that have a web design business. Since we are good friends, they charged us only about about 15% of what it would have cost elsewhere. This was done with a vague view of a 'share of the profits' later on. The site started with 20 products but has mushroomed to 140. They also photograhed all product. We're a bit stumped as to what to offer them. We do pay a monthly service fee, but that's it. We want to do the right thing, but we're not making anything at present either. I know this is all very vague, but the whole thing has been so far. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
