Flash is nice but when used sparingly in my book. I like the looks of it but as others point out HTML is the way to go for SEO optimization.

I have a preference for the look of buttons. I think links tend to get buried in mosts sites. It would depend on the layout and theme you are working with what I would do.

My dream job is working for myself and obviously being generously compensated for my work. I like most aspects of designing and like working with edgier projects.

I also visited your site and could not find the paypal buttons anywhere. It is possible I am looking in the wrong place? Your site looks well on its way, good job!
