  1. Hi! I just launched a redesign of my new online strategy game called Metropolis online. I would very much like to get more testers to try it out. If you like browser based strategy games, please give it a try! It's located at www.metropolisonline.org If you didn't sign up: What is missing to get you interested? Too little information? Too few images? Boring front page?
  2. Thanks for the feedback! I'm focusing on making the game more attractive with more graphics, so it's not completely text-based. The buildings are graphical, as well as the ingame map. The next big step is to offer a graphical close up of the city. Something else that might spice it up?
  3. Hi! I'm working on a new game called Metropolis Online where the aim is to create your own city. Since the game is so new, I'm looking for testers, but haven't got very many yet. It's located at www.metropolisonline.org Have you got any ideas on how to improve the attractiveness of the game? Do you like fancy flash stuff, or is it annoying? Is interactive javascript nice to have, or just disturbing? You are of course welcome to sign up and try the game out since there already are a few players.
  4. Thanks for all the good comments! I've re-designed the front page a bit. A little more screen shots from the game. And the help section has been revised a bit. Is there anything more you would see in order to feel like playing?
  5. I've currently redesigned my game site for my browser-based game Metropolis. www.metropolisonline.org I want ideas on how to make the game more attractive. Too little, or too much information on the start page? Should there be a javascript slide show, or is it nice to have a page without movable javascriptdependent things? Is it easy enough to sign up? Any feedback is appreciated. And you are of course welcome to sign up and try the game and give me even more feedback on in game details
  6. What do you mean? Do you want a lot of flash action and javascript animation? I deliberately wanted the site to be clean. But you believe that more is more in "current age?" Or do you want more in-game information on the first pages? I suppose you mean screen shots on the first pages? I first thought you mean to put screen shots here but of course I want people to visit the game from different browsers. I think it's a good idea! So far I haven't used a lot of screen shots because the game changed as I developed it.
  7. I'm currently working on an web based strategy game called Metropolis available at http://www.metropolisonline.org I'd like to get suggestions on how to improve the site to make it more appealing and interesting. Should I go for a lot of content on the first page, or make it slim? Maybe a change in design? You are of course welcome to sign up and try the game too if you like!
