What are you chasing clients for? Information? Content? Payment? I have a written contract that covers all of mine which is signed before we start the project. Time scales are given to the client about if they dont have content, info and payment with in a time then such and such will happen. Keeps all of these troubles away.
 
Hand over of any work should never be done unless full payment has been made. Files and transfers of data can then be done after payment is recieved and the client is happy.

I have been a customer of fast host and heart internet and nothing even come close to CHP services, great value for money!

Scrolling panes are making the site bad for a user point of view.
 
The Grey colour's used look horrible on my mac and barely visible. Some of the site structure looks out of place and your navigation system is not very user friendly.
 
Keep at it though, it's getting there, how long have you been working in Joomla?
