    If you go into the backend of WordPress and navigate to
     
    Appearance -> Editor
     
    Then locate the style.css file
     
    Paste these edits
     

    #container {margin:0 20px 0 0 !important;width:500px !important;} #content {margin:0 !important;} #primary, #secondary {width:200px !important;clear: none !important;}
     
    Click "update file"
     
    Then navigate to
     
    Plugins -> Add new
     
    Search for "Latest Twitter Sidebar Widget "
     
    Install and activate plugin
     
    Navigate to
     
    Appearance -> widgets
     
    Drag your new "Latest twitter widget" to any widget area you wish.
     
    Click "Save".
     
    Done.
