Just a quick note im still trying to get the site to look correctly in IE 5-6. It's fine it all modern browsers. If anyone knows how to fix the problem let me know.

A lot of free template sites allow users to upload templates to their collection. Fixed the free thing. Small stuff I seem to miss sometimes.

The premium templates are the design only and they're fully coded in CSS/XHTML with the highest standard.

I've been working on a basic free template site: http://www.templatebasics.com. Tell me what you think. The free templates that are provided are a little dated but we'll be redoing them in CSS/XHTML over the next few months. But the premium templates are of the highest quality. If you purchase a template we can customize and even develop a backend to the website for an additional fee send a PM if interested.
