If you knock the widths down to something like 49.5% each float them both to the left (or right) and pop a 0.9% margin on the right of the left div, or the left of the right one. I say 0.9% (adds up to 99.9%) because some browsers aren't too hot on their rounding and can run over the 100% which would result in the divs being stacked vertically. Change the ratio of div widths to margin width to make the gap bigger or smaller. Richard

I use the Google Apps version of Gmail and hook up email clients / phone to it using IMAP. Thinking of switching on Exchange to sync all of my contacts and calendars too, but just not got round to it yet.

First up, far far prefer the new design, much better I'd lose the clip-art style images, not in the accordion though, they're ok - but I agree with other posters, perhaps you'd be better putting some portfolio stuff there - I mean the ones lower down, CMS, e-commerce, training, the clip-art feel looks just a little cheap for a "handcoded" design studio. Yeah further on that theme, I know what you mean by "handcoded" but I think the typical client might read it and think "handcrafted", perhaps that's an avenue to explore, knock some of the hard edges off elements and go for a more rustic feel. Save the filename/metadata to the db and save the file to some /images/ directory. Otherwise you'd have to write a script to get the images back out of the database for use in your <img> markup. Which other than being not too nice to do, would put extra load on your database. Richard
