My hosting company says that there are these folders in my root directory: htdocs cgi-bin media database However, in Dreamweaver, when I go to Files, and view the remote site, there is only /htdocs/ listed. How do I see the other ones? I haven't had any problems with this until now, but now I want to put some files in the media folder and I don't know how to get to it. My stats (LiveStats) separate all the browsers, including Netscape 7 and AOL. I get 30 % for Netscape (the highest), 23% for AOL, and between 5-10% for each of the rest. This is disturbing as I hadn't really planned for Netscape or AOL at all! It looks ok in Netscape now I've partially fixed it, but the drop down menus don't work properly (see my reply to my post) James

Hi Thomas No, there's no margin or padding in the LI elements. The link I gave in my post should work ok - www.Frontiers.uk.net See my partial answer too - I'm still having a problem getting the drop down menus to work in Netscape. They don't show up for the 'sideways' menus. James

OK, I seem to have partially fixed this - I'm using (with Dreamweaver) a SpryMenubarHorizontal.css file for the navigation, with a ul.MenubarHorizontal - width of 720 px, and 8 buttons with ul.MenuvarHorizontal li - width of 90 px (ie 8 x 90 = 720). This seems to cause Netscape a problem and when I reduce the width of each button to 89 pixels, the page lines up properly. However now the drop down menus (eg under 'Courses') don't always appear in Netscape, nor do the sideways menus (eg. 'Children's Courses' under the 'Courses' button) Any ideas how to fix this? James

Hello everybody, this is my first post. My site is up at www.Frontiers.uk.net. I used Dreamweaver, with CSS, on a Mac. It works fine in IE 6 & 7, Firefox and Safari. However in Netscape (I've only tried version 7) it looks terrible - the right hand link in the navbar drops down to the second line. Also, there are two DIVS, one floated left and one floating right, and in Netscape the right one drops underneath the other. I know that there can be problems with IE 5, in its dealing with margins but I havent heard anything about Netscape being a problem? Also I thought that the IE box model bug can just make the DIVS narrower, not make one drop below the other. I thought that hardly anyone would use Netscape, but the stats for my site say that around 50% of users are using Netscape (which i find hard to believe!) Any ideas what I've done wrong or how to fix this for Netscape?
