I'm a web design 'newbie' and I'm wondering if someone would kindly give me some advice on a basic SEO question. Q. If a url of a website such as www.anyaddress.com is entered into Yahoo search, will it eventually be found ? if so how long should this typically take ? REASON. I've built a couple of property sites that require people to enter a url to view an individual house. Each site being a sub-domain address. This of course works BUT.... PROBLEM. It seems that a lot of people, out of habit, type url's into a search engine, rather than in the browsers address bar. This is not a problem with Bing or Google, thanks to the tips I received in a related post. However, even though I've submitted a url to Yahoo at the same time - typing the url in yahoo gives no results. Sorry if this is such a basic question. But I'm getting complaints! Is there something else I need to do with Yahoo? Thanks, Peter.
