Do you mean the query results? If so you can export the results as a csv file.
 
If you mean the query .... copy and paste?

Keep all of your important information within the width of around 1000 pixels, height doesn't matter as much but the fold's around 500-600px height in a standard 1024x768 viewport. One thing to make sure of is that wider screens are accomodated for and your design doesn't simply just 'end' at say 1000 pixels.

Seem to have fixed it with position:absolute;
