    maybe it is better not to post an example: My CSS: #sammler{ margin:auto; width:920px; } #center{ float:left; width: 580px; margin:auto; } #left{ width: 310px; overflow:auto; float:left; padding: 0 0 0 30px; margin:auto; } #ende{ clear:left; } and my HTML: <div id="sammler" align="justify"> <div id="center"> <p class="text"> </p> </div><!-- center --> <div id="left"> </div><!-- left--> <div id="ende"> </div> </div><!-- sammler --> As you see i put an width to every Tag.

    Hi Guys, since about an hour or two i'm sitting in front of my PC and i just couldn't figure out where the Problem is. In Opera and in InternetExplorer everything looks perfect. But Firefox does some Problem. For example my Pagelayout looks like this: <div id="outter"> <div id="inner1> </div> <div id="inner2> </div> <div id="end"></div> </div> My CSSscript looks like this: #outter{ margin:auto; /*i like to center it*/ } #inner1{ float:left; } #inner2{ float:left; } #end{ clear:both; } I think it should look like this: ------------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------- | | | ---------- ---------- | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | ---------- ---------- | | | ------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ But actually the "outter" isn't centered at all. It stays in Firefox on the left side. I would be very glad if someone could help me out! Thanks. dickdoof
