    A starting point to achieve what you're looking for would be to Google "Stylesheet Switcher". You could achieve this with a couple of programming languages depending which you're familiar with - off the top of my head I'd use JQuery. There are plenty of tutorials out there to help you out, but if you get stuck feel free to drop me a message.
     
    This is possible with CSS alone. Instead of putting the <img/> tag inline, you could set the background image of an element, then change this image in the stylesheet.
