  1. Okay, perhaps publicises should have just read publishes. Meetings are only monthly so it doesn't need any more detail than, eg February 2009 or June 2009, to reference them (I would also aim to incorporate a in-site search to help find particular topics.) My query was prompted by not wanting to generate just a long list of 'Month & Year' over time, which to my mind would look clumsy. Hope this makes it clearer!
  2. I'm a website novice, putting together a site for a small organisation that publicises its minutes. As these do, and will continue to, go back over a number of years, I want to create a usuable way of them being accessed rather than generating a long list which will only increase over time. My idea is to get a drop-down where users click the month, another one next to it where they click the year and then a "Go" button which then brings up the relevant PDF/Word doc. Sorry, but I don't know the correct term for this, or if it's too 'ambitious' for me but any help or pointing me in the right direction to find out would be appreciated Thanks
