i will be launching a website shortly that will use several scripts ie a forum script and community script etc. i would like to incorp a single sign on feature to the website

. i had considered using software but i find it to be very expensive too expensive for a start up like mine. i had considered open source but not sure if they will be reliable.

not sure why anyone would want to pay a software company for use of single sign on when open source options are available. any ideas why?.

Can anyone advise on a suitable open source sso option that would be best for me to use ? are you using open source sso?

any developers out there that can add sso to my website at a reasonable cost?

any help would be greatfully received .
