Hi all I'm new here and need some help/advice

 

I'd did a course like 20 or so years ago on html and web design, passed course.

Question is if like to start looking at web design and everything involved in building websites etc and as there's so much out there to do with I I don't know where to start.

I used to used Adobe Dreamweaver loved so don't know if that would be a starting point etc

Any help where too look, links to software etc would be greatly appreciated.
