I always tell my clients I need to know what their unique value is (aka USP, marketing message, differentiator in the marketplace) in order to be able to create their website. In other words, what sets them apart from their competition?


That's all fine, but I can't seem to do this for myself. I keep showing up as "just another web designer". What is your unique value to your clients?

You can determine your unique selling point by those following questions:

- What is your product? Who does it serve?

- What are the strength and weakness of the product?

- What can you provide to customers that other competitors cannot replace?
