I am looking for some design pointers and also help on what I actually need and the best way to go about it. Once I have the information, then I would be looking for somebody to bring it to life for the right price.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
