Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on a small project at work that I would massively appreciate some advice on.

We have people calling in to our call centre to run tests. 10 minutes later they will call for the results. Each time they call we must load an account number and wait up to a minute for it to load.

I am trying to propose a system where phone agents paste their results into a file that is accessible by all other agents through our network shared folders, to save having to load the number the second time. I'm picturing something like a shoutbox.

I am not working in collaboration with our IT department as they are very busy. I have limited access to what can be installed on the system.

Originally I was working with a html page which showed results as a marquee and was input by individuals through a text document.

Please help :)

Thanks Robert, however, this is a web restricted office. Agents don't have access to any sites that haven't been added as exceptions.

Is there any way to do this through files on the network? A file (probably a webpage) showing results, with an easy input? It seemed having agents open a text document and paste around code was too overwhelming.

I feel like a shoutbox would be perfect. Tbh I don't actually know if I can download one and set it up on the network or if it needs to be hosted somewhere else?
