How to become a good wed designer? What are those languages to create web pages aside of html?

IMO there are two main aspects of web design

• UI design:
  The art of designig intuitive and accessible user interfaces with a minimal interference in the user experience and flow.
  UI design skills are achieved by studying universal design conventions, grids and design patterns for grouping and emphasizing content.
• Visual branding, communicative design
  This design area is all about communicating and establishing positive relations with the users.
  The goal is to create a unique or emotional experience in order to get the wanted response from the users.
  To achive a good communicative design you will have to learn about:
  Design elements. (Lines, shapes, colors, space, typography etc),
  Principles for graphic designs. (How to create contrast, balance and rhythm with the elements described above)
  Corporate identity design. (Visual Identity, logo, logotypes, moodboards, colour psychology and etc.)
  Advertising and communication models
