Problems adding existing goggle account to bluestacks

Does anyone here use bluestacks?

Was not sure where to post this question but I have recently downloaded bluestacks to my imac but to continue using it, you need to link it to a goggle account first, I already have one but when I input my goggle account information it rejects it, but I know for a fact the information is correct.

Has anyone else on here had trouble linking their existing google account to their bluestacks app?
