Photoshop Slicing

Hi Guys,

I hope you are all well, I am just getting into Photoshop Web Templates and have a few questions, I did have a look at a few tutorials before but none really answer my question so here goes;

1) When exporting my layout to web, my text and sometimes my graphics are blurry(I tried all formats and found png-24 least blurry), Is there something I am doing wrong?

2) Is it best to hide my text when I come to slicing my layout after? and then code it in later?

When I change my zoom on my browser from 100% to 80% my text looks sharp, so is there anything I can do?
