January 16, 201511 yr You can register .uk domains from overseas, but the registrant address must be in the UK, and PO boxes aren't accepted - needs to be a valid physical address. Hope this answers your question

Yes as said above, the user must have a valid UK address.

July 11, 201511 yr .UK or .co.uk are country code top level domains and they have strict requirements. It should be registered by a UK resident and you need to indicate a UK postal address. Furthermore, they no longer accept/allow the use of PO Boxes
