hi,

This may seem like a silly question, but I'm curious. and if somebody can help me with this I'd appreciate the sharing of the knowledge.

my job is to pick videos viewed more than 1M related to sports and since I can't do it with Internet Download Manager anymore I gather all the URLs of those videos in an excel file then copy and paste them into a link grabber using this online service http://www.etyn.com/tools/youtube-downloader after that it gives me all formats available and the download link next to it but when I click it it opens a new tab and then the download starts...


does that mean the browser is downloading it? or just another server!! is it safe!??

I would recommend you to go for Youtube downloader. This can help you to download video. You can also install mozilla firefox plugin in order to download videos.
