I have just set up a 301 redirect so when people visit www.marineholidaypark.co.uk they are redirected to www.marineholidaypark.com.

 

I did this through a 123-Reg admin panel.

 

Now, when I go to www.marineholidaypark.co.uk it redirects to the .com site as I would expect but it then shows a server login box. Anyone know why it's doing that and how I get rid of it?

123-Reg is your host? Since it was done via their tool would they know? Otherwise you could try and redo it via an htaccess file.

Do you mean the authentication popup login form?

 

This is generally used to password protect the domain. Do you have a password on the domain? if not then speak with 123-reg and see what they suggest.
