Howzit guys.

 

I've worked with CSS for a while now. However it's only been using free templates avalible on the Internet. I now, would like to start my own CSS/HTML.

 

What I would like to know is:

 

1. How do you start one off from scratch? ( The CSS File )

2. As above, but the HTML file.

3. Do you guys start with a peice of papper of what you want the site to look like, then go to CSS/HTML editing?

 

I really want to do a new site, completely by my self, no free templates ect or anything like that.

 

With the graphics section, do you guys use Photoshop ect and do you make the size smaller for slow Internet users?

 

Any help, would be greatly appreicated!
