Hi

Just on topic of code, you have lots of inline CSS that is repeated such as "margin-top:-10px", these could be removed and replaced by adding classes to the <p> element and creating a style in your CSS file, this will reduce the size of your HTML file.

I tried clicking on the flags (languages) but nothing happened.

Get rid of the page counter at the bottom of the page, that is nothing something you typically expect to see on a 21st century design.

Your text beneath "Who are we?" has a white background, why?

Apart from that, it is basic but I guess it fit the purpose.

The site is nice but its very simple. I think you can make it more better. The backgroung is not so good. there is no proper header in the site. Content is scaterred as team of of professionls in the website should be in boxes.

Your website look very simple. You should redesign it with attractive graphic. Hire professional designer who will help you to design your website with current trends.

The Layout is ok but can be improved, also the design is not that attractive. you can use some image sliders, your header needs to be redesigned as menus are not having a professional look,
