I am just curious if anyone has an insight as to what are the most commonly used mobile browswers (phone / tablet) for the non-apple products (android, windows, blackberry)? Thank you for your time.

There's many different popular mobile browsers; I don't know about Windows and BB but the most popular ones I've seen on Android are Chrome, Firefox, Dolphin and Opera Mini. There are also a variety of stock browsers that manufacturers have customised for each device.
