I've got a page with a iframe on and i want a way to chage the content within the iframe whilst staying on the page with buttons maybe?

Well it's been a while since i used frames in a website :p but if I remember correctly You can do it with a simple target.

<a href="http://www.myurl.com/" target="content">My URL</a>

<iFrame name="content"></iframe>

Haven't used this on an iFrame, but I supose it works the same way.
