June 9, 201313 yr Hey all, I'm working on a website for a local mountain biking race event; you can check it out it here. I'm mostly happy with everything but one part of the website is bothering me and I'm not sure how to improve it. My #header which is sandwiched between the two dark bars looks quite plain to me. I'm using a #754c28 bg color in that section and that's it... any creative idears out there? If anyone has some pointers to help jazz that section up I would really appreciate it! -- I'm wide open for criticism on the whole as well. I'm not finished with everything yet but it's mostly there. Any glaring no-nos? Looking to learn and improve. Thanks everyone!
