SASS/Compass and Localhost issues

I have started using SASS and Compass via the Codekit App on my mac but am having issues when using the compass auto-sprite generator.

The images are correct on my local machine, but when uploading to the internet, the image file path is incorrect. I cannot figure out how to fix this.

 

I have quite a few sites on my local machine, which are all set in folders, sub-folders.

 

Any help would be helpful.
