jquery html

hi all, i am using cpanels API to create and set up accounts from my website, i am using jquery ajax to post the information and then display the results using jquery html, the problem is everything i try the results div displays the html tags.

		$.ajax({
				url: 'ajax/ajax-setUpDomain.php',
				type: 'post',
				data: {domain: domain, username: username, password: password, email: email},
				success: function (data) {
					$("#setUpResults").html(data);
				}
			});

any ideas ?
