HTML5 Candidate Recommendation published

I'm sure you've all heard by now that the HTML5 spec was put into Candidate Recommendation today. View it here.

 

This document was published by the HTML Working Group as a Candidate Recommendation. This document is intended to become a W3C Recommendation. W3C publishes a Candidate Recommendation to indicate that the document is believed to be stable and to encourage implementation by the developer community. This Candidate Recommendation is expected to advance to Proposed Recommendation no earlier than 01 September 2014.

The most interesting point to me is the list of features at risk of removal due to lack of implementation, which is:

 

If the Outline algorithm is heading out (and I certainly think it is) what does it mean for the sectioning tags?
