Slideshow Behaviour when JS Disabled

I'm starting to code a new design for a client and they want a jQuery slideshow that cycles through main features. I've always used plug-ins etc but I'm coding everything by hand this time around.

 

My question relates to coding a slideshow for users who have js disabled. What is the best behaviour for this scenario? Do I just allow the images to be laid out side by side, hide the others but give them a scrollbar or is there some better way?
