Hi i create html page in full screen mode but design will be breaking in multiple resolution screens

that is not fit in all screens how can i fit

assuming that you use css, you must define different sizes and use % instead of pixels

 

I suggest that you search on google for MediaQuery that's the resizing and adapting of websites for different devices
