hi

i want to learn how to position header, footer, center content etc properly

i saw many videos, read tutorials, but pretty much remained the same.

 

the page i am trying to design is in this format

 

Header(should be of fixed height of size i specify)

 

 

left menu/links

(10% of page)

 

 

right menu/links

 

(10% of page)

 

 

 

 

footer

(should be of fixed height of size i specify)

 

 

sorry if i am being a noob here, but i tried to find this all day today, came up with not much

This is css 101. No offence, but do you know any css? If not that's the place to start.
