I enclose my first project, the project is a portfolio.

The project is not finished, but I want advice on how to improve it.

Not much to comment on at the moment. But for starters:

 

1 - You have used a horrible bevel/emboss effect on your logo - this is never good

2 - The links look like they should be attached to something because of the straight-edged top. Make them rounded or have an element they are 'poking out' from

3 - Center the link text within the containers

i aggree with "mrchristoph". Change that things and then post the new site again.
